  • Large Dinners

A sit down dinner takes dining to a more formal level.

The table is set with beautiful linen, glassware, silver and flowers.

The number of courses offered help to determine how formal the evening will become.

A basic sit down dinner will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres, a first course an entree and a dessert. A salad or cheese course may be added after the entree. An intermezzo sorbet may be served in between to cleanse the palate.

It is possible to serve a plated entree with two choices such as petite filet mignon and petite salmon. If one entree is preferred, we will always have an alternate selection in the kitchen for dietary restriction purposes, such as stuffed chicken breast.
