Once we have established the kind of party you will be having, we can send sample menus for your consideration. In the event of a unique theme party, we will create a custom menu for you.
At Watson's we realize realize that the food has to look delicious as well as taste great. We are known for making small twists in presentation for memorable results.
Our service staff arrives 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to your event to insure a smooth set up. If it is necessary to move household furniture, the arrival time may be adjusted. If the set-up is extensive we may need to charge an additional set-up fee.
The attire for most occasions is a white tuxedo shirt, black tuxedo pants and black bow tie. We do not wear jackets unless it is requested, and an additional charge would apply. If your event is less formal, perhaps a summer barbecue, we have many options to choose from including khaki slacks and colored oxford or polo shirts, bistro aprons, chambray shirts, assorted theme neckties and theme related attire.
At no extra cost to you, we are accustomed to arranging all of the items needed to run your party. From the obvious glassware, silver and china, to the not so obvious dual Margarita machines, tiki bars, market umbrellas, dunk tanks, 25' air slides, popcorn, cotton candy and hot dog carts.
Once a menu, or theme, has been established, we create a suggested rental list. When appropriate, items may be substituted from our clients own inventory.
We represent many companies who provides beautiful, crisp linens in theme oriented patterns like tie dye or tropical fish to current designer tables. We are happy to show you samples.
